Radicchio Salad with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 6 cups shredded or chopped radicchio
  • 4 oz. feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Toss with honey balsamic vinaigrette.


    For the Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

    • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp. honey
    • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    • 1/2 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper
    • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

    Whisk together all ingredients for the salad dressing in the order listed.
