DILL SALAD DRESSING

  • 3/4 c pine nuts (soaked)
  • 1/3 c water
  • 1/3 c lemon juice
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Blend all ingredients well, then add 2 tablespoons dill and blend just a little. Add up to 1.5 t of celtic sea salt.
