- Lightly toast walnuts under broiler (watch carefully to prevent burning)
- Remove lower stems from Arugula
- Tear Red Butterhead Lettuce into bite sized pieces
- Peel and section Pink Grapefruit
- Prepare dressing with olive oil, sqeezed grapefruit juice, honey, garlic, salt & pepper to taste
- Combine all and toss with dressing

perfect coz i was at a loss with some of the greens this week!!!
i must tell you that i used the baby leeks in a quiche and they were so flavorful!! thank you so much for growing such beautiful produce.
