MASHED GINGER TURNIPS

  • 2 pounds Turnips, peeled (optional) and cubed
  • ¼ cup stock
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, simmer until turnips are tender (15 minutes). Drain, mash until fluffy, adding cooking liquid as needed for desired consistency.
