MARINATED TURNIPS

  • 3 Turnips, slice thin
  • ⅓ cup Celery tops or Cutting Celery, chopped fine
  • ⅓ cup Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

In a bowl combine all ingredients; toss and then chill until serving time.
